QV 1867-1880 2s. Cobalt letters B-I. A worthwhile example, for the simple reason that although an excellent spacefiller because this stamp has been extensively expertly re-built … the cobalt colour remains undisputed … thereby an excellent space-filler, all the more so because the cobalt shade is easy to determine by virtue of the open-profile cancel framing the central vignette. Even spacefillers command respectable money on 'cobalts' … and with the determining 2020 BPA certificate included … at perhaps lower than 8% cat value … makes this an excellent budget-buy. (1v. BPA Certificate 2020)
