QV 1d. Black Plate 1b. Letters A-H enormous margins. Bordering 'intense' black shade very good to fine used appearance open-profile example. Hint of paper rippling, trace of extra paper adhesion reverse N.W., reverse pencil '1A', but this is certainly plate 1b - confirmed by the exceptional long vertical printer's 'scratch' to left-hand margin. Effectively a sound example of exceptional appearance which should not be tampered with. Open-profiles bear a premium as do enormous margins
