Expertly repaired, average to good used example of this particularly difficult to find key high value. Reverse proofer's mark. Take a good look around to see how little is available. Abnormal (ERROR) Plate 12 6d. Pale Chestnut letters D-I (fine used) on small piece is Genuine (RPSL Expert Committee photo-certificate 'AFTER COMPARISON' 2004). The rare ERROR - termed 'ABNORMAL' and bearing an * upon the SG124a* listing to denote abnormal status. Trimmed Imperforate left-hand wing margin stunning fine colour very fine cancelled '107' obliterator (killer cancel type), but in this instance near perfectly defined '107' for BRADFORD. A cracking example. Perhaps only a few dozen extant. We may not see another example for some years. Howlingly RARE (1v. + RPSL photo-certificate 2004)
