10d dull purple & carmine 'Jubilee' overprinted 'O.W. OFFICIAL', VFM with OG. Dr Karl Knope, 1994 Photo Certificate (in German) reads '1902 Great Britain 10d with overprint O.W.OFFICIAL Mi Nr D68, is genuine in all respects, the well centred stamp is unused with original gum and hinge remnant, pefectly preserved. Old signature Drahn. For perforation pattern see photo which allows for clear identification and no signature'. A beauty!.
