Decimal currency, provisional surcharge. 10p on 2/- violet and orange-sepia with INVERTED WATERMARK, wmk w12, UM. With information from New Issue Dealer in 1976 indicating that 'only 120 copies were ever discovered and were advertised last year (1975) at £14. Gibbons list it as 34Ei but do not price it - probably because they never handled it'. Now listed by Gibbons.
