Great Britain - Telegraphs

£1 TELEGRAPH Colour Trial in dull mauve: Absolutely superb, small perfectly positioned hinge remnant, otherwise perfect original gum, so fresh it looks as though printed yesterday. Shamrock watermark, SPECIMEN TYPE 8. SG retail £800= (full catalogue price) - SG retail card underplays status by simply stating 'scarce'. We say - jaw-dropping quality. Rarely seen, compared with the issued stamps - simply AWESOME and astonishing value for money.(1v.) SG Provenance
